The final decision on which suppliers will be invited to tender for any particular project is made by the project owner.

Project Gateway users

All users of the now defunct Project Gateway will be able to logon to the new ICN Gateway using their current email address. If you have not logged in since 1 July 2010 you will need to simply enter your email address and click the "forgot password" button and a new computer generated password will be sent to you.
